CTM Design created an efficient green site layout that optimized site usage and effectively managed traffic circulation at a major intersection in a new development area.

Designed with a custom floor plan, we adhered to the national architectural standards of Mark’s Work Wearhouse while leveraging existing infrastructure at their new location.

The tight timeline for this project was only possible with our proven CTM Project Management Process™ and our experienced team efficiently coordinated between architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical departments to ensure the completion of this multifaceted project.
