The CTM Solution:

CTM was brought onboard to develop a comprehensive custom building design package for a truck stop on the Loon River First Nation. To attract the business of truckers and travelers en route between Yellowknife and Alberta, it was imperative the facility be modern throughout – and provide an enticing one-stop, multi-service offering. This included a convenience store, quick service restaurant (a side-by-side Mr. Sub and Country Style Donuts), an Esso retail fuel and cardlock system, shower and laundry facilities. CTM worked closely with the Project Lead to assist with detailed submissions to Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.
