The CTM Solution:
CTM successfully integrated a new convenience store, four-island gas bar and revitalized car wash for this independent client operating under the Petro-Canada brand in Marysville, BC. Our team had to consider how to accommodate high traffic volumes for mixed vehicular access at this busy highway location – which attracted everything from small vehicles to RV’s and towed trailers.
The design challenge involved blending corporate image specifications with municipal architectural requirements. Our solution incorporated alpine-inspired elements such as cultured stone, rough-sawn timbers and cedar cladding. CTM also coordinated all municipal and provincial approvals, which involved working closely with the BC Ministry of Transportation.
