The CTM Solution:
CTM was the architectural and engineering design partner behind an expansion of VANS retail stores into BC, Alberta, and Ontario. Working from the US drawing package, CTM adapted the design to leased retail spaces ranging from 3,000 – 5,000 sq. ft. Each location was tailored to meet the applicable building codes and barrier-free requirements. CTM conducted a thorough review of complete interior, architectural, mechanical, and electrical design packages, obtained permitting approvals, and completed construction support (including sign-off inspections).
