The CTM Solution:
This was CTM’s first project with Triple O’s (White Spot Limited), another great addition to our portfolio of QSR (quick-service restaurant) clients. This combined restaurant and retail petroleum facility located in Calgary and was the first Triple O’s restaurant established in the Alberta market. Another instance of CTM’s diverse array of services supporting its client’s plans for expansion.
CTM was responsible for the complete design and engineering package for the QSR tenant improvement. This is a great example of CTM adapting Triple O’s prototypical design package to meet the site-specific requirements. Starting with the client’s design scope, requirements, and preliminary plans CTM incorporates its integrated services to bring the project to fruition.
This project effectively combines the interior and exterior finishes of the Triple O’s brand to smoothly connect with the neighbouring convenience store and overall development’s surroundings. Approved under a single ‘mercantile’ occupancy, CTM’s team navigated the municipal approvals to bring together this open concept design between the two separate uses.
