The CTM Solution:
CTM’s comprehensive engineering design services were required for this project, which included a convenience store with multi-lane Cardlock, bulk fuel storage, a chemical storage pole barn building and a pole barn warehouse building. We were also responsible for coordinating site servicing for a new farm store adjacent to the site. CTM handled permit submissions and support through to final occupancy approval, and was responsible for complete construction support throughout the project.
